Drawing techniques: Pen Lift
These two shapes are identical except for the use of "pen lift"

The drawing on the left is the normal way of drawing a 6 sided polygon with 1 vertex
skipped for each line. This results in two triangles, one on top of the other, and both filled
independently.
The drawing on the right lifts the pen before drawing the second triangle, drawing both triangles
in one layer. The fill is then added, resulting in a central hexagonal region.
For splines pen lift is achieved by specifying pen 0 when moving from the last vertex of one figure.
Note: each figure must be explicitly closed (this may change in the future).
More about Splines
For polygons pen lift is activated by selecting "pen-lift" in the "positioning" controls tab.
